CONTEMPORARY MATHEMATICS - 233230 Grades 11 - 12 - Contemporary Mathematics is an elective offering designed for junior and senior students seeking a fourth math credit. The course focuses on money management skills for individuals and families, the basics of investing money, how to use technology to manage finances and to make projections, and a review of Algebra I skills. A majority of the topics in this course are studied in a real world context. Prerequisite: Math credits in both Algebra 1 and Geometry
